The house, is part of a residential complex set on a hill with a fantastic view of North East Athens. The house was redesigned in order to meet the new owner needs, with a new underground garage with entrance from the side street and a garden at two levels. At the first level (semi-basement) a large living space incorporates an indoor swimming pool with direct access to the garden.

The main entrance is found at the second level where the balcony was extended with a steel structure and the interior was completely redesigned with a large sitting room, a dining area, a kitchen and a W.C.  while the upper floor houses one large bedroom and two connecting rooms for office and secondary bedroom use.
